What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns/exchanges within 4 working days of delivery. Products must be unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and tags intact, and approved by our Merchandising and Quality Control team after you share a photo. Refunds are processed within 21 days of receiving the returned item at our fulfillment centre. Please note: Rakhis and international orders are not eligible for return or refund. Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Do you offer free shipping or have any shipping fees?

Yes, all prepaid orders enjoy free shipping across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal fee of Rs. 100 is charged to cover logistics and cash collection costs. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of confirmation (we do not process orders on weekends). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 working days depending on your location. You'll receive live tracking updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and email through our shipping partner Shiprocket.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?

Yes, we offer a 5-Year Warranty on our Semi-Precious Collections (Laburnum, Dot, Cube, Nectar of Earth, Woodsmoke), covering free repair or re-plating (only courier charges apply). All our 92.5 Silver jewellery comes with an Amaltaas Silver Authenticity Certificate. Please note real silver naturally tarnishes over time and can be cleaned and restored at home.
