What Is Amaltaas 5-Year-Warranty?

We offer 5-Year-Warranty from the date you place your order. This applies to Amaltaas Semi-Precious Collections – namely Laburnum, Dot, Cube, Nectar of Earth and Woodsmoke (we will keep adding to these Collections). From these Collections, if your jewellery needs repair or re-plating we will provide you with a full repair service free of charge (only courier charges need to be borne by the customer). Please keep in hand your proof of purchase. Also all purchases must be directly from Amaltaas – www.amaltaas.com

How ​​do I claim my 5-Year-Warranty?

What can I do if my Amaltaas jewellery is outside the 5-Year Warranty or not purchased directly from Amaltaas (say it was purchased from online market place like Myntra or Nykaa)?

If your piece is outside our 5-Year-Warranty or not purchased directly from Amaltaas website, don't worry we can still service your Amaltaas jewellery with our Lifetime Repair Service, for a small fee. This small fee shall be informed in advance. Additionally, courier charges need to be borne by the customer.
