Returns and Exchange


We at Amaltaas work relentlessly towards customer satisfaction and strive to provide an exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience to our customers. Also before you return an Amaltaas product, please take a moment to understand that our products are handcrafted by traditional crafts people in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All natural stones and pearls are always different from one another. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit. In case your order is damaged in transit you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received, unworn, with original packaging and tag must not be tampered with. Incase, the product is broken in transit please inform us within 2 days of receipt of your order. You must email info@amaltaas.com. Before we arrange for the damaged product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of the Amaltaas Merchandising team to decide whether product is approved by them for return.
Once we have received your e-mail and our team has authorized the return for the damaged product, you are requested to courier the product back to us. Once we receive the damaged product, we shall dispatch the fresh product. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
Refunds will be done if the Package/s are lost in transit.


Wrong Shipping Address Liability


Jairika Accessories & Apparel (OPC) Private Ltd. will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us about a change in the receiver’s address within 24 hours of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. All charges for the repeat delivery attempt at the corrected address will be collected from the consignee. But in no circumstances will the product be returned or exchanged.
No refunds will be given as under –
1. After three failed attempts to deliver the product by our courier agency
2. Incorrect or outdated delivery address or incorrect format (like any form of a PO Box address)
3. Incase the package is refused by the recipient
4. We will not be able to refund the product incase of sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
5. Products returned in a used condition.
6. Minor variations of colour and design. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
7. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.


Refund


The refund for your order will only be done after the receipt of the returned goods at our fulfillment centre. Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.
The return shipping costs will have to borne entirely by the customer.
