Returns and Exchange

We at Amaltaas work relentlessly towards customer satisfaction and strive to provide an exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience to our customers.

No Returns or Refunds Will Be Issued Under the Following Circumstances:

  1. If a return request is initiated more than 4 working days after delivery (The delivery date is as per communication and tracking shared via Shiprocket/Delivery Partner.)

  2. If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition.

  3. After three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.

  4. If the delivery address provided is incorrect, outdated, or in an invalid format (including any form of a PO Box address).

  5. Minor variations in colour, design, or texture due to the handmade nature of our products or the use of natural stones. These are not considered defects.

  6. Please note all Rakhis are not exchangeable or returnable.

If order is eligible for Return -

  1. WE are happy to work with you on your return or exchange of the product within 4 working days of receiving the same (Delivery date is mentioned in your communication with the brand as we ship through Shiprocket) 
  2. Before we arrange for the product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of the Amaltaas Merchandising team and Quality Control (QC) Team to decide whether product is approved by them for return/exchange or not. 
  3. You must return the product in the same way in which it was received by you - unworn, with original packaging and tag must not be tampered with. Incase, the product is broken no refund will be incited.
  4. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.
  5. In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
  6. When you initiate a return request, you have two options:
    1. Self-Arranged Courier: You can arrange for a courier to deliver the product to our unit in Gurgaon. We will send you the address.
    2. Amaltaas-Arranged Reverse Courier Pick-Up: If you prefer, we can arrange a reverse pick-up from your location. Please note that if you choose the reverse pick-up option, a fee of ₹ 300 will be deducted from your refund amount. This is in addition to any COD delivery charges paid during the original purchase, as it covers the reverse courier pick-up cost.
    3. Return to Sender (Prepaid Orders) - If your order is returned to us after shipping, a fee of ₹300 will be deducted from your refund. This covers courier charges (both ways) and the loss of product days while in transit.

Once we have received your e-mail/whatsapp/commincation and our team has authorized the return for the product, you are requested to follow the process as advised by the Amaltaas Team.

Refund

The refund for your order will only be done after the receipt of the returned goods at our fulfillment centre. 

This entire process of refund will take upto 21days (return to our unit, check by our QC team and refund initiated by Finance Team).

We are not liable for delays.  

All refunds are at the discretion of the brand.

International Orders

We are unable to offer any return or refund on International Orders.
