We ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Depending
on where you live, delivery takes between 2-5 working days. With our shipping
partner ShipRocket, you will keep sending you live updates on your delivery
through your registered mobile phone and/or email


When you place an order with us, our shipping partner ShipRocket
and Amaltaas will start sending you live updates through your registered mobile
phone (SMS) and/or email. These live updates start within 48-72 hours. Incase
you are not getting regular updates (after 72hours), please whatsapp us on

Your order is our priority, and we work hard in ensuring it reaches you at the earliest.


Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and a host of other options using PayUBusiness's secured checkout system.  

Netbanking: We accept Bank payments through PayUBusiness's secured checkout system  

Payment Wallets: We offer various payment Wallets using PayUBusiness's secured checkout system – Phonepay/BHIM UPI, Paytm, Freecharge, Ola Money, and many others.  

Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept Cash on Delivery for all over India

Returns and Refunds

Yes, you can return the products bought online on the Amaltaas online store within 5 days of delivery.

We will assign a courier partner from Amaltaas to collect your return product.  

Kindly do not wear the product and keep in original packaging for return.

We will issue a CREDIT NOTE of the amount paid (including COD charges, if applicable) to the highest round figure. For example - if you have spent Rs1350 then we will around off to Rs1400 and so on.  

Credit Note will be valid for 3 Financial Year (31st March ending).

You can return any item that you purchase if you fulfil all the
below criterions -

* All returns should be initiated within 5 days of delivery.  

* The item(s) should be unused and in an undamaged condition.  

* The item(s) needs to be returned along with the original

* The item(s) were not on sale or are discounted as we do not do returns for any sale/discounted products 


Once the item(s) has been returned to our address in Gurgaon, we will verify if you have complied with the return conditions.

Credit note will be issued for the amount spent on our website. Details of the CREDIT NOTE -

1. Valid for 3 Financial Years (ending on 31st March)

2. We will issue a Credit Note of higher value than you have spent - to the nearest round figure. For example - if you have spent Rs1350 then we will around off to Rs1400 and so on.

We have partnered with ShipRocket for all our shipments (Indian or
International). Through ShipRocket we deliver your order using the best courier
service for your area pincode like Blue Dart, DelhiVery, DTDC, ExpressBees, etc.

All pre-paid orders have free shipping.


On all COD orders, we charge Rs100 (for logistics support like collection
of cash, settlement with courier partner, etc)


Yes! We offer 5-Year-Warranty from the date you placed your order.
This applies to Amaltaas Semi-Precious Collections – namely Laburnum, Dot, Cube, Nectar of Earth and Woodsmoke (we will keep adding to these Collections). From these Collections, if your jewellery needs repair or re-plating we will provide service free of charge (only courier charges need to be borne by the customer). Please keep in hand your proof of purchase. Also, all purchases must be directly from Amaltaas –
